Our commitment to service quality and fair resolution.

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our commitment under our paid application service is to:

  • Initial Consultation: Provide a detailed assessment within [Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of receiving your required documents.
  • Application Submission: Submit your completed university application within [Timeframe, e.g., 7 business days] of receiving all final documents and fees.
  • Guaranteed Placement: If you meet all published entry requirements and are still denied admission by all recommended partner institutions, MyStudy Alliance may offer a refund of our service fee, subject to clause 2.3.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • University Application Fees: Fees paid directly to the university/college, as they are non-recoverable.
  • Visa Fees: Fees paid directly to the embassy or government.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial assessment or guidance already rendered.

2.2. Service Fee Refund (Partial)

If you choose to withdraw your application after MyStudy Alliance has begun processing, but before the application is submitted to the university, a partial refund of [Percentage, e.g., 50%] of the service fee may be considered.

2.3. Service Fee Refund (Full)

A full refund of the MyStudy Alliance service fee may only be issued if:

  1. You meet all academic, English proficiency, and financial requirements for the recommended partner universities, AND
  2. You are rejected by all recommended partner institutions, AND
  3. The rejection is solely due to an administrative error on the part of MyStudy Alliance.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enquire@mystudyalliance.com within 30 days of receiving the final rejection notice.
