1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and MyStudy Alliance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.mystudyalliance.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Scope of Services

MyStudy Alliance provides educational consulting services including, but not limited to, university matching, application processing assistance, visa guidance, and accommodation support for international study destinations. We guarantee placement at one of our partner institutions provided the student meets the minimum academic and financial requirements defined by the university.

• No Guarantee of Visa Approval: We assist in the visa application process but final approval rests solely with the relevant governmental or immigration authority.
• University Requirements: Placement guarantees are contingent on the accuracy of documents provided by you and your meeting the specific admission criteria (e.g., GPA, English scores) of the chosen institution.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and application process. You must promptly update your data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Province, e.g., Pretoria, Gauteng], South Africa.
